The lengthiest process without any visibility into what roles or what teams they want to put you in. Please save your time and effort and pass on this company if you’re in a serious need of a job. I am putting this so that it benefits the serious job aspirants who are tight on time and in stress. Basically they first take your product fit, technical, bar raiser and product head rounds (all were super difficult to clear) and then share that you’ve cleared and then make you talk to multiple line managers who are least bothered to hire and are mean. Lastly they come back saying none of the LMs found you a fit for their teams and ask you to keep hanging around. All effort a BIG waste! Revolut folks if you think of your product teams as such high caliber folks get some basics set right of how to deal with people!

Really smooth process, great HR support throughout. 3 rounds of interviews all nice interviewers, with a take home task, hear back really quick after every round.

Short screening interview with a recruiter, then 3 rounds of interviews (none of the are related to the product area you are applying to, they are very general):
1. Problem solving -> There is an issue with a trading platform, the gross profit is negative, what do you do.
2. Product Skills -> System design. Design an ATM network from scratch, the tricky part is you also need to include operations in this (CS, ATM service people etc.)
3. Bar Raiser - talk about previous key achievements, big focus on business outcomes that were achieved
4. If you pass all 3 - then you talk to potential Hiring Manager to find a team fit.
Overall very positive and fair experience, I quit the process right before the team fit stage, but I feel it tests very well the product skills needed
