Had an initial screening call with a member of the recruitment team. Talked about the company and why the role was opening up, who I would be working with and plans for expansion in the US. The next stage of the process was a take home assessment to be reviewed by the Head of Legal.

I didn't apply for this role. I was approached via LinkedIn by a Revolut employee who suggested that my experience would be a great fit for the company and invited me to a first screening meeting with a Revolut recruiter.
The Revolut recruiter arrived late to the meeting just to say in the first five minutes that she looked at my profile and that my experience would't be a fit for the company.
Advice: do not waste people's time and don't arrive late to your meetings.
