Process was nothing more than an information gathering process. I met with HR twice and with 2 treasury members non of which were in a position to make a hiring decision. I felt the only purpose of the process was to get information on how to solve their existing problems, no intention on hiring (free consultation session)! I was approached in LinkedIn and then received an automates (no-reply) e-mail from HR saying I relied too much on my experience in solving the problem they proposed and for that reason I would not be progressing.
