Interesting. Had a conversation with a resourcer, then with the role hiring manager. Great to speak to them and had a good opinion of the role and company, felt positive and was put through to the next stage (I think final).
3rd stage was with another manager but didn't go quite so well. Was difficult to build rapport, very structured and dry interview which caught me off guard.
Needless to say I didn't get an offer. Pitched for feedback to understand where I could improve in the future, but was ignored, so didn't appreciate or expect that from them given how positive the initial parts of the process were.

Devastating to see as someone interviewing for the Talent team - this is the type of experience that gives Recruiters a bad wrap. Completed a 40 minute assessment before even having a conversation. I moved to the next round for a Recruiter Screen only to be ghosted after multiple follow ups.

Passed multiple stages and did not receive feedback. I have been contacted multiple times on linkedin by different recruiters with the same position but they disappeared after a question about previous interview process outcome

After I applied online. I was asked without a first introduction call to complete an online assessment. I prepared for that assessment but since I could not do it from a laptop I asked for the deadline to be extended. I was then gosthed by the recruiter who never answered my emails and Linkedin inmails.
This is quite a bitter experience : being asked to prepare for a test without a first chat and then being ignored. A simple "No we can't extend the test deadline" would have done the job. Not quite the recruitment process described online.
In 2026 caring for the candidate experience is key to keep the employer branding safe. Wishing you to find the suitable candidate who will challenge your current practices.
