Interesting proposal in terms of salary and benefits also the project itself seems interesting. In contrast, the interviewers expect you to study the knowledge base of the platform prior to the interview to question yourself expecting a very specific answer; professional experience is not enough but you must study something that you will learn in the weeks of training and progressive daily work. In addition, constantly emphasizing the levels of productivity required gives me to understand that this is another project that does not need people but numbers that produce numbers. Also, there is no consistency in the hiring process. There is a figure that creates the meetings and random interviewers appear at the time of the interview who obviously do not communicate with each other and make you repeat your personal story repeatedly. Which is exhaustive and looks like casting for TV.
Furthermore, they stood me up for a week in the first part of the interview without any kind of explanation or apology.

The interview was great, the first interview we spoke more about the role and the vision that I had on Revolut, why Revolut and more questions related to your previous experiences. After the first interview, we have an interview with the team leader to have a mock chat and a mock call and more information on the KPI's and what do you think of the role.

Hiring processes is very slow and HR gives you 3 days timeline for further updates but no updates are given even after 3 days. They should imporve there hiring experience.
Interview for this particular role(as I applied for it and got selected) is very quick and team is responsive to any inquiry that you think of and is as well supportive to make adjustments accordingly for you if you for some reason cannot attend the interview on the given time. You schedule all rounds yourself.
