1- Resume shortlisting 2- Online Analytical test 3- HR Interview 4- Home Assignment 5- Two or three rounds of interview 6- Final decision Revolut wants to hire only quintessential top-tier consultant type applicants and are very inflexible about its requirements. On one hand it is good that they are clear about the kind of employees they want, but on the other hand it represents a very risk-averse nature on their side wherein they're not willing to take bets on talent based on proven industry experience or attitude towards the job. The interview process is designed in a way that it will almost make the applicant feel inhuman. There is much more focus on tests / assignments etc vs actual human interaction. It is also disappointing that in the very first interview call they chose to discuss compensation expectations, something any good co. should save for the last if they're being so picky about their hiring in the first place. They should realize that asking remuneration related questions in the first leg of the process may imply that they're differentiating based on $$ expectations. Note to applicants: Please read up about the company and if you get to the HR interview please get answers to all possible questions you may have about the company culture, benefits, growth etc. because if you are moving ahead to the other rounds it means there is a SIGNIFICANT amount of time commitment. Pls be a hundred percent sure that its even a place you'd like to work at before investing so much time and energy! Good thing about the process however was the timely response after each round.

I was contacted through LinkedIn. The process went as follows: 1. HR call: positive experience. Mix between understanding my background deeper and giving HR information regarding the role. Recruiter was helpful, professional, and friendly. 2. Online test: positive experience. Went as expected and felt relatively easy. 3. HR call: positive experience; was briefed on next steps. 4. Take-home exercise: skipped this step 5. Business case: positive experience. Interviewer was professional, friendly and collaborative. Case was simple in design but allowed for extensive discussions. 6. Bar raiser interview: terrible experience. Stone-cold interviewer who wasn’t agile between questions and shortened the interview to a ridiculous duration. No follow-up question asked. Interviewer didn’t bother answering questions regarding his experience/the firm with any full sentence. Very confusing experience that felt like a loss of time…
