Very shady interview process. They place more focus on pushing 'home work assignments' to candidates which feels like they're trying to get candidates to do free work. All interviews were extremely shallow and carried out by extremely junior staff, even when the role was senior. Given the lack of seniority of the interviewers, they did not even know what questions to ask. The process felt like a complete waste of my time, so I withdrew my application.
