I can only comment on as far as I got through the process, so here goes: After my application was reviewed I was invited to to a cognitive aptitude test before speaking with anyone. Then I was invited to meet with a recruiter for a Skills Interview, where they deep dive into your skills and experience. And then.... Nothing. Silence. Two weeks after the interview and after multiple attempts at chasing for feedback and an update, I still haven't heard anything back. Such a a shame, because I had enjoyed the interview process and had a serious interest in joining Revolut.

The process consists of 4-5 stages, which is standard, interviews might be a tad harder compared to other companies, but given that Revolut is top and growing fintech company, it is reasonable. 1. Cognitive test, 2nd stage - call with recruiter, 3rd and 4th stages are testing your recruitment skills and sourcing. 5th stage is bar raiser interview. If you align with company's values and culture, and also come prepared for the interview knowing what company should look for, you should be fine.

The recruiter was friendly and communicative, making the overall process smooth. However, the interview focused heavily on previous experience rather than transferable skills or potential. Much of the conversation centered on whether the candidate met very specific experience criteria, with less attention given to capabilities, adaptability, or growth potential.
