Never spoke to the recruiter only via a few emails. 1st round was a ops director doing more selling followed by a test. Eventually (test passed) and not a hiring manager will have a phone call with you. Big problem I observed is the interviewer do not understand recruiting process. Recruiter did not response on follow up and 2 weeks later recv a standard rejected email.
