I went through the interview process with Revolut and unfortunately had a disappointing candidate experience.
Initially, the HR team was very proactive and responsive. Communication during the early stages of the process was good and the screening stage was organised and professional.
However, after progressing to the skills interview stage, the experience changed significantly. The interview itself felt constructive and went well, with good engagement during the discussion. After the interview, I did not receive any feedback or explanation for the rejection.
Given the level of preparation expected for these interviews, it would be helpful for candidates to receive at least some basic feedback or reasoning behind the decision. Transparency and communication are important aspects of a strong recruitment process, especially for candidates who have invested time in preparing.
Overall, while the early stages of the process were positive, the lack of feedback and closure after the skills interview left the experience feeling incomplete.
