Very unprofessional experience overall, I had to send several follow-up emails after the initial screening to schedule the second interview after they expressed interest in continuing the interview process. The second interview was rescheduling during the allocated interview time (I was waiting in the google meet room when I received the email asking to reschedule). The rescheduled interview did not have a google meet attached to it and I don't believe the interviewer ever attempted to show up for this one either. Ultimately, this was a huge waste of time. Would not recommend.

Overall fairly quick, about 2 weeks total. I went through a screen and interview with hiring manager, the VP of Engineering. That's right, report direct to VP. Like the org-chart, their process and meetings are very light. They are looking for seniors who can deliver with a minimum of team communication, 80+% heads-down coding. Present yourself accordingly.
