Response to resume was quick. Went through two rounds of interviews. Given the importance of the position the team seemed very slow to move through the process. HR Manager was not very good at following up, so I kind of felt like I was chasing them throughout the process. Interviews with team was good, but not at the caliber expected for the position applied for. I ended up getting another offer before they could really complete the process.
