Interview process started great. I had three total interviews that took about 30 minutes each of answering their questions. Since the interviews were scheduled for an hour, I had lots of time for my questions. They're a small team so they really wanted to make sure each interviewer was going to like me. Each interview felt really positive until I was completely ghosted after the third interview and two attempted follow ups.
