Process involved 3 rounds. Initial conversation with recruitment and then two interviews with management and others. There was also an online GIA & personality test to complete. Whole process took a couple of weeks. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Comms could have been improved a little as some appointments were made at the last minute, but overall I had a positive experience.
