There is no face to face or phone interview. You answer a questionnaire, take a few quick online tests to test your understanding of grammar and typing speed, and then you do a couple of short video caption tests. If you do well, you get hired. You never have to speak to a live person.

Short application process that tests your grammar skills. You're required to write something about your hometown in 200 words or less. After that you get to work on a video. If you pass that, they will email you to proceed to the last 2 videos.
I've seen a lot of people commenting about the application and interview process. Yes, it can be difficult. You have to be extra meticulous to follow their style guide. Being a fast typist can really be to your advantage. Having a former transcriptionist/captioner job can be a huge advantage as it is really easy to pick up on the rules and guidelines.
If you do get accepted, they will email you a confirmation. You will then proceed to a possible 3-week training period--which I am about to start on.
Other than that, it's a really fun job and I look forward to working with Rev.
