Interviewed with CEO. He asked several questions about my past work experience. He asked qurstions about dealing with difficult coworkers/subordinates. Interview took a little over an hour. I was then introduced to all current employees without the CEO. We interchanged short bios and I asked them questions about working at RetroVirox. They were cautious but sincere when they said that much was demanded by the CEO. The following week, I meet with the cofounder for another interview where we discussed more life experiences and personality traits.

They had a lot of questions to ask, but it was mostly related to the company history, little scientific questioning. talked to everyone at once and they were all friendly but very direct and to the point. overall it wasn't a hard interview but they get you off guard sometimes
