They should do better. They ask you so many hypothetical/behavioral questions for two hours. And if you say the answer, they ask for another example. And if you give an answer, they ask for one more example and so on. Felt like talking to robots.

Phone call screen regarding your experiences, how you handle situations, how you mulitask,etc. Then a short 30 minute R1, some of those questions were repeated. R2 an hour long, more in depth. Asking you about strength and weaknesses, your goals, They ask you for more than one answer to same question.

First round phone screening asking about related experience and behavioral question for about half an hour. After 2 weeks there were back to back two rounds of on site interviews including an assessment on excel skill. The onsite part took around three hours in total.
