Entrevista
Initially I was asked to come in for an informal meeting with the Global head of Sales and the Talent Manager at ResponseTap. I was shown around the office and introduced to the teams, and made to feel very comfortable. I was then asked to come back and to present to the Chief Revenue Officer for a more formal interview. This interview mainly revolved around me presenting what i intended to do within my first 30, 60 and 90 days in the role should i be successful. A portion of the interview was spent discussing my previous employment as you would expect, and finally, i was asked a series of sales interview questions. Finally, I attended a phone interview with one of the owners of the business. The process had 3 stages but was completed within a week, and helped to qualify not only whether i would be a good fit for the business, but whether I would feel comfortable and fit in well with the team and progress at ResponseTap.
