      Entrevista

I was contacted for an interview by telephone call. I met the next day with a kind girl who I would later find out that I would be replacing. The next day I was invited for a second interview. It was to occur on my lunch break from my then-current occupation, so it was made clear that I would not have too much time. I hustled over and made it to my second interview a few minutes early. I was met by two pretty girls who were leaving the company at the end of the month. I was then escorted into an office with the girl who first interviewed me. The three women were so impressed by me that they had me meet with a general manager who asked me a few questions about my skills and abilities and what I knew about the company. I told him what I knew and he told me that I was absolutely correct. After that, I was brought back into the original office and the three women decided to have me interview with one of the head CEOs. I waited a few minutes and was escorted into his room. He was very quirky, used bad language in his vernacular, and asked me questions about hypothetical cases. It had been years since I had practiced my economics knowledge, but I asked some good questions. The CEO rambled for minutes with bad language and then got to the point of the case and said that the evidence was inconclusive. It was a waste of time. He then had to accept another conference call. I left his room and walked back into the first room where the three girls were. They thanked me for coming in and then I went back to work..thirty minutes late. The next day I received an email asking me to come in for a final interview. I arrived in the afternoon and was escorted to the lead CEO's room. He looked over my resume and asked me questions about everything that I did, but did not take any initiative to actually get to know me or ask about my future goals. Instead, it came across as a criticism of my professional work history. His knee was propped up on the desk very casually so it seemed like he just did not really care much about professionalism at all. I asked him some questions and he was very nice. After the interview he escorted me back to the lobby and I shook his hand and I left. I did not feel like the interview was worth my time.

I applied for the job through a Craigslist post. Prior to the phone screening, I received an e-mail to schedule a time for the interview. Quick response and prompt. It was a brief phone screening interview and you are on speaker. No call back or e-mail to let you know status etc.
