The recruiting process consisted of a telephone interview with the hiring manager for 30 minutes. Followed by round one of interviews for 3 hours and then a final round for 3 hours where I met with 4 people throughout the business. They asked behavioral based questions and were very well prepared. It was an amazingly positive candidate experience.
