      The process was well thought out, even in the pandemic, always were quick to respond when questions arrived. All interviewers asked appropriate questions and were very polite. No question was to comprehensive. They were very accommodating in regards to scheduling the interviews.

      I had a phone interview then a psychometric test. The questions were generic personality test questions (if you are in this field, then you've seen them before) and some other logic-based questions. Not a bad interview process, but it was not as informative as other interviews I've gone through. I would've appreciated more information on the technical details of the job.

      Over an hour long phone call with psychologist, 90 minute assessment and then another long phone call with an employee. The next step was a panel interview which I did not continue with. They mentioned they "had trouble getting the team together". I did not have a good experience. I felt like they wasted so much of my time and did not bother to send the denial email. Entire process took weeks, even the employee noted how disorganized the process is.

      The reality is that not all candidates that apply for any position are advanced in the process. This is true for RCS and every company. Candidates who are not advanced rarely agree with an unfavorable assessment of fit for the role. We did not receive a request by this candidate for feedback or for an update on the selection process. It is our practice to send each candidate interviewed and not advanced a courtesy letter closing out the process. In fact, the selection process for this position has just ended. All candidates that did not receive an offer have been promptly notified.
