The interview was informal, yet professional, assessing our knowledge and experience in relation to the project. At first, I expected the interview to be conducted in English, but it was unexpectedly conducted only in Indonesian.

With one user, one HR, and one project manager in the same meeting, with language mixed Indonesian and English. First they ask about introduction, then skills etc (usual HR stuff), then our knowledge about climate (since it's what I applied for)
