I came into the store and asked if they are hiring at the moment. They said they are looking for a part time, on-call sales associate. They pretty much hired me on the spot saying I just need to come to my first shift with a resume. The interview process was very laid back and informal. They didn't even asked for any previous work experience or my skills and what I would bring into the team.

I was accompanied in the manager’s office and she made me quite a lot of questions about fashion. After few days I received the call that I was hired.
