Positive and efficient. This was a great example of an interview that allows applicants to demonstrate their skills early in the process. That way, both the employer and the applicant know what they are getting into.
Went through two rounds. First with one person, then with a panel. In each of the interviews, the main theme that was brought up heavy was "burnout". It seemed like this is a problem in that company. There were two editors there, one who mentioned doing other things instead because they could not edit full time and stay sane. I asked about that and got only vague answers. None of it seemed sincere to me. The other went out of their way to repeat several times how the job was mentally tolling and stressful. It seemed like a horrible place to be.

Entrevista
There were three required interviews, one with a hiring manager and two with managers and peers. There was an editing test as well. The first interview was brief and the second one had two one-hour sessions.
