      Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. Acudí a una entrevista en Reputation (Hyderabad) en may 2021

      Entrevista

      The interview consists of 4 rounds. The HR team will do the basic screening and then forward the application for further interview rounds. The first round will be on the basic understanding and requirements of the role. There will be a case study/example situation where we must explain our approach to resolve the issue. Then they will ask a few technical questions based on our experience. If we clear the round, the final round will be with the Director of India operations.

      Solicité el puesto a través de una agencia de empleo. El proceso duró 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Reputation en jul 2020

      Entrevista

      The first interview was with a third-party recruiter. She asked very simple questions. Like asking about myself and my job history. We talked for about 20 minutes. I then received a request from the company to complete an Excel-based skills assignment. I turned that in and got a call back from the recruiter a few days later advising I would have a Zoom interview with Reputation.com. During that interview, they asked about myself, and my basic job functions in my current and previous roles. I explained various tasks and job functions I've held. I waited a week to hear back, and the feedback I was given was that I didn't have the software skills to meet the requirements when they didn't ask anything related to software troubleshooting at all. I'm not sure how they got that idea when you didn't even ask anything that would allow me to demonstrate my software troubleshooting. I literally work for a software company. If this is what they believe then I don't want to be apart of a company that doesn't know how to ask the proper questions for the job being applied for to determine eligbility.
