      Entrevista

      1. Job Posting & Application Review The job opening is advertised, and candidates submit their resumes and cover letters. The hiring team reviews applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements. 2. Initial Screening (Phone/Video Interview) This is a preliminary interview, often conducted by HR or a recruiter, to verify the candidate’s qualifications and experience. Key questions typically cover the candidate's background, why they are interested in the role, and their availability. 3. In-Depth Interview (In-Person/Video Interview) The candidate meets with the hiring manager and possibly team members. This stage assesses the candidate’s skills, cultural fit, and ability to handle job-specific tasks. Behavioral and situational questions are asked to gauge how the candidate would approach different scenarios in the workplace. The candidate may also be asked technical questions or given a task related to the role (e.g., a case study, problem-solving exercise). 4. Assessment or Skill Test (Optional) Depending on the role, candidates might be asked to complete a task, such as a coding challenge, writing test, or skills assessment to demonstrate their expertise. Some interviews also include personality assessments to ensure a good cultural fit. 5. Final Interview (Optional) This could be with senior leadership or other stakeholders, focusing more on long-term potential and alignment with the company’s values and goals. Some organizations may use this stage to clarify any remaining questions and make a final decision. 6. Reference Checks After the interview process, the hiring team may reach out to the candidate’s provided references for additional insights about their past work performance and character. 7. Offer and Negotiation If the candidate is selected, an offer is made, and salary/benefits negotiations may take place. Upon agreement, the candidate receives a formal offer letter. 8. Onboarding Once the candidate accepts the offer, they are onboarded into the company with necessary documents, orientation, and training.
