The interview process was generally fast because they needed to fill the job. I was contacted within a week, had an initial interview with a manager where we discussed my interest in the job, about myself, and how much I was expecting to make. Then, I had a second hour long interview with one of the Genetic Counselors. I had also another third interview with both Genetic Counselors. After that, I was invited to go on site for a tour and an in person meeting with the Director. The Director likes to ask specific genetics based questions.
