Got a call from Mark who gave great insight and advice about initial.
Video call with Jae who made the whole process very relaxed and great detail about the position. Then work based interview with Marcus showing me the position first hand and giving an insight to what to expect.
While the whole process Jess being in regular contact and being there every step
