There is an initial telephone interview with a member of the management team,
If you pass that you will be brought in for an assessment day.
This consists of a 2 Hour long paper where they will only give you 45 minutes to complete the paper, you need to get a minimum of 30 if you want to be considered, the marking is done straight away.
There is also a Passion Pitch (Elevator Pitch) that you will need to do they try to get you to think on the spot but be warned.
There is also an Audio test, they will play a recording and get you to draft up an email based on the recording you hear.
There is also a telephone test - where you will do a bit of role playing and they will see how you handle yourself on the phone.
Finally you will have a 1 to 1 interview they will be asking about your strengths and weakness and aspiration examples on why you want this job...etc
