Pathetic interview process.
It will take a whole lot of a week's time.
As per the size of the company which is too small they have 5-6 levels to clear.
They will give you big assignments to work upon and after submitting the assignment they won't respond even for a feedback basically using your ideas for their marketing activities which i guess many companies does ..
