This interview was very casual and easy going. My employer seemed to base his decision on hiring me on his gut feeling. He told me he felt very good about this and would like me for the position. The next interview, we went over my salary and possible bonus/commission profiting. And the job was mine. I began training for 2 weeks and then was on my own.
