      The hiring process is unlike anything I have experienced, in a good way. They truly want to get know you, ask relevant questions about work history, and allow ample time to ask questions. The people I interviewed with love their job and it shows. I appreciate how they identify strengths, strive for organizational health and work as a team.

      This was the BEST interview I have ever had. Very relaxed and Breea was fantastic! Renalogic seems to be very different than any other company I have interviewed for. Different in a GREAT way. They really seem to care about employees, which is rare in healthcare these days. I haven’t gotten a offer but hope I do just based on the format of the interview! I can already tell they are fantastic and hopefully more employers follow their lead!

      Entrevista

      I initially was happy to have the opportunity to show my potential through the IQ-type test. They do not call you for an interview until they have these results. However, once I got to the interview, it was... strange. Without really being asked many questions about myself, I felt like the interviewer was psychoanalyzing me without much of a basis to go on. Within the first few minutes, she pointed out that I seemed to be very sweet, and she thought that I might not be happy there due to my “sweet” disposition. At that point, I wasn’t sure I wanted the job anymore due to her comment, but she kept interviewing anyway. I think it was the strangest interview I’ll ever have, but I did very much appreciate her honesty. I do want to work at a place where my disposition is appreciated, and I of course want to feel like I’m contributing to their overall goals as well. I did not feel like I was being lead on during the conversation. One word of advice: you must readily embrace conflict if you want to work here.

      Hello! Thank you for providing feedback about the interview process! One of the trickiest part about our approach to interviewing is balancing the quantitative with the qualitative. The scores we receive are only a part of who you are, and so we take a lot of time digging deeper to get to know you. Often times, this can feel invasive because you’re talking to a stranger and so few interviews focus on anything but the tactical. However, it’s not our intent to psychoanalyze during an interview - nor are we qualified to do so :) - so we apologize for that! All the best, People Engagement
