Very smooth interview process. Initial call with recruiting, 5 1-hr interviews with employees I would work closely with, and a final call with the VP to answer any questions I had.

Multiple repetitive rounds held consecutively with stakeholders with variating biases or conflicts with the prospective team. Each round lasts over an hour and burns you out after few rounds. You are also not aware of the decision making/influencing power each stakeholder has. Feedback from HR after decision is lacking any clarity.
Questions are generic with HR, for example, questions like Why do you want to work at Remitly? What is your notice period? What is you salary expectation, etc? You can ask questions in the end as well.
