I applied online, and on the same day, I received an interview invitation. I had a phone interview with the hiring manager after a few days. I do not know what happened after the first 10 minutes, but he started to do some work on his computer while asking me some questions. He continued this until the end of the interview. If he did not want to continue the interview or he was busy, he could just say it. However, doing work during the interview is very irresponsible. I believe they should apply their "human-centric" marketing approach to the interview process as well. Anyway, I am glad that I learned about the culture during the first interview, it would be a waste of time if I realized that after starting to work there.
