Do the application receive a email then in 24/48 hours I received a call telling me about the job then asking if I accept and was told to watch out for more emails to complete so no real interview just an explanation of the job and offer

Fast and straight to the point. Offered the job immediately and sent over supporting documents and offer letter. Somewhat hard to get in contact with recruiter afterwards. Almost once the interview is started , its as if you already have the job but they must give you the details.
