There was an initial interview with the Senior VP from Australia who was going to train me for the duration of the transition then another phone interview with the Marketing & Sales Director who was usually on the field that time. The Senior VP conducted at least 2 interviews with me to ascertain my qualifications & determine if I was a fit to the company. He then invited me to attend an upcoming company public presentation & I volunteered to submit my comments & suggestions which we discussed during my 2nd interview.
