Applied online and was quickly sent the assessments, which I completed. Shortly thereafter, I received an email, asking for a phone interview with one of the recruiters. After answering fairly basic questions about my experience, what I feel is important in a company, and salary requirements, I was set up for a phone interview with the hiring manager. After the phone interview, I was brought onsite for an interview with all of the team members and again took the assessment in the office at a testing laptop that they had set up. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from the recruiter with an offer.
