Everything was done by fax just started and was never interviewed by the DOR. Luckily it was a good match and enjoy working with my DOR and co-workers. I received a phone call asking me if I wanted a full time job and with a little haggling I was able to get the rate I expected and that was it. I started 2 weeks later and have been there for a year.

Received e-mail followed by call. Hired without interview. Received offer letter and new employee hire package same day as first contact
