Prepare for a lengthy interview process. At least 4-5 separate interview panels, each an hour plus long with multiple board members. Most likely will ghost you if you are not a fit, rather than letting you know you didn't get the position.

Entrevista
I had 3 interviews, 2 with a recruiter and 1 with management. This was listed as an entry level position, yet my interview with the manager was condescending and negative as they kept talking about my lack of experience (I have multiple years of) and cutting me off during questions. I was then told they were moving forward with candidates that were already the end of the 6 step interview process. Definitely wish the management and recruiters were clear on what type of experience they were looking for.
