So disappointed with this interview process! I was surprised at how unprofessional this company is. I interviewed at Relativity Ventures before the holiday break, and arrived to their office to speak to 5 members of their team for 2+ hours of back-to-back in-person interviews. And never got a response back from their founder. I sent a thank you note, and a follow-up email after my interview. To receive crickets - after hours of interviews and a final round - was disheartening to say the least.
