I was interviewed by an HR person and the financial manager. No other IT professionals were present and they had a limited understanding of their IT environment. Was alarmed that this was the only IT position for the plant with the only other support being in Germany. Was completely ghosted with no follow up. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
