Started as a casual and then was offered an interview for a full time position- normal interview process had a telephone interviw (Before i started as a casual) then had a 1 on 1 interview with the centre manager then an interview with the centre manager and the senior. Standard questions, numeracy test and literacy test (As a dyslexic i was surprised i was not offered a substitute test or help) But in the end i obviously did not need it.
