Hassle free I would say. No unnecessary waiting. The interview went on smooth. They replied on the status of interview within weeks. The interview was more of a situational questions.

There was an initial phone interview after they reviewed my resume. After the phone interview there was an in-person interview a week later where I was interviewed by the area manager.
