It was good process. There were 4 steps like resume - video recorded interview and 2 video interviews. I think I enjoyed the process. but I wasn't fully informed about the commissions and salaries.

The company promised to follow up after the interview, but no communication was received.
Attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful, and my phone number appears to have been blocked.
Lack of follow-up leaves a negative impression despite a positive interview experience.
Overall
The interview process itself was fine, but the absence of proper follow-up makes it hard to recommend this company as an employer.
