      Entrevista

      After applying with CV and cover letter, I received an invitation for the video interview the next day. The video interview is basically you recording yourself answering their 6 questions that they prepared for you on their website platform. After completing the video interview I haven't heard from them for a month and a half. Then they invited me for a speed-hire interview that was for me the least personal experience I ever had in interviews so far. They highlight so much their customer centric orientation, however fail to deliver it themselves in the recruitment process. I felt like a number and all the 3 recruiters asked me questions separately (15min for each), so I basically had to repeat myself 3 times. All 3 recruiters seem fed up with everything and were very unkind and cocky (they complained to me how tired they are and that there are too many candidates). After the interview they kept me waiting for an hour almost (they were attending calls meanwhile) and after a group debrief session said I was successful and continue in the recruitment process. They said that the last interview will be held soon and that somebody will contact me next week. Nobody contacted me next week, however I did receive an email 2 weeks afterwards that I wasn't successful.

      Good process that selects those who are worthy of the job , three different parts one online and two in person. It was a positive experience in general highly recommend it

      Pros The interview itself went smoothly and professionally. Questions were clear and relevant. Cons The company promised to follow up after the interview, but no communication was received. Attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful, and my phone number appears to have been blocked. Lack of follow-up leaves a negative impression despite a positive interview experience. Overall The interview process itself was fine, but the absence of proper follow-up makes it hard to recommend this company as an employer.
