Submitted resume through Seek. Contacted for an interview. Interview was pretty chill and relaxed. Conducted at the Regus office with Center manager and the Area (Melbourne) Manager. Asked a few questions about previous work experience, how I dealt with customer complaints or difficult customers and what my career plans were. Was not required to do any analytical tests or what not.

Slow and not very helpful - found the whole process a bit rushed and not good for me. I am glad I did not get the role, to be honest.
