I was interviewed individually by a panel of different nurse managers. I shared my experiences, skills, and professional goals. I asked questions about the work environment and staff culture. Each nurse manager asked a question and also answered my questions as it pertained to their experiences.

I was given a panel interview which gave me the opportunity to talk to specific unit managers and see if they thought I'd be a good fit and vice versa.
