I had a phone screening and then a panel interview. I didn't really appreciate the process of the interview. They didn't inform the candidates who invested their time that they weren't moving to the next round. This is also an entry level position yet asked if I had experience in fundraising along with event management. It seems like another small agency that expects all their employees to wear different hats.
