The process wasn’t bad at all. But always do your research on the company before the interview. Also actually study for the interview. This isn’t a script base collection position, so keep that in mind. Always have at one of two questions at the end.

Interview process is pretty easy some behavioral questions. But overall pretty easy interview with one person. Their work schedule made me second guess taking the job no off days and work all holidays as a temp.

Applied online through their website. Was called in for a face to face interview where I was interviewed by the collections supervisor and a team lead. It was a very easy, laid back interview process. They seemed very anxious to fill the position and during the eight months I worked there, I saw three employees, who held the same position, leave or get fired.

They asked what was a difficult situation you had to make a collections call and what was the out come. The interview was very laid back and they were more interested in overall collections experience, which I had.
