The interview process was very friendly and casual. Before the interview began, the H.R. manager and I sat down enjoyed coffee and doughnuts, while talking about our personal hobbies. The atmosphere was relaxed and not intimidating at all. I felt very welcome, and that I was talking with a good friend. The manager went over my resume, remarking on how my experience was a good fit for the job offered. After some questions about salary requirements and which shift I desired, the manager hired me on the spot!

The first impression was not too good. since I arrived for the first interview 30 minutes early I learned that the interview was to be rescheduled. On the second day, I waited over an hour to be interviewed. When I was getting a little concerned, they called up to the group that I was to be interviewed and they did not know I was there.
It seems that the company has significant challenge respect to communication and commitment.
In the end, they did not even have the decency to say that they had found somebody else. I never did receive any feedback from them. It seems that the owner of the company has one thing in mind, make money at all cost! Forget about process improvement forget about everything except just meeting the schedule and making money.
I believe this is the second time I interviewed with this company for the same position a couple years ago. At that time the low salary that they proposed I considered an insult for this type of professional position.
if you're in the market for a job I do not recommend this place a starting point.

When the interview took place there not many questions, they asked. Sure, the fundamental question tells me about yourself was asked. However, it was more like why you wouldn't want to work there. The reason why I say that no scenarios or improvements what contributions I could make.
All in all, I would have to say that this is one of the worst interviews I've ever had to participate.
